Martin Hermansson, President and Chief Executive Officer, RusForest
Martin Hermansson holds a Bachelor of Science from London School of Economics and has a solid industry background in Russia. The Hermansson family controls close to 1,500 hectares of forestry land in southern Sweden, and the forestry operation has been actively present in the family business since the 19th century. Martin Hermansson has worked in Russia for the past five years and is the founder of Nord Timber Group. Prior to setting up Nord Timber Group he established his own consultancy business within the forestry sector, where Martin Hermansson was active as CEO between 2006 and 2008.
Since early 2008 Mr. Hermansson has established Nord Timber Group (where he currently serves as a non-executive Director) as a highly successful forestry company with a significant presence in the Arkhangelsk region of North West Russia.

Vitaly Zhukov, Chief Financial Officer, RusForest
Mr Zhukov has a degree in Economics from the St. Petersburg State Institute of Fine Mechanics and Optics, and is a Russian Statutory Auditor from the St. Petersburg State University. Prior to joining RusForest, Mr. Zhukov worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Russia from 2000 until 2005 and acted as CFO of SmartGames International Ltd between 2005 and 2008.
Mr. Zhukov has extensive experience of Russian statutory accounting, US GAAP audit, IFRS reporting and is ACCA qualified.

Vladimir Gaidamakin, Head of Governmental Relations, RusForest
Vladimir Gaidamakin is highly experienced and has worked at senior levels both in government and in the commercial sector. Mr. Gaidamakin has spent much of his working career in the oil and gas industry and in the forestry sector and brings a broad contact network in these sectors. Mr. Gaidamakin is a member of the Russian government's forestry industry working group. Previously, Mr. Gaidamakin was retained as a consultant to one of Vostok Nafta's Russian entities.
In this role he has handled federal and regional government relations. Mr. Gaidamakin has been instrumental in obtaining access to senior political and business figures in Russia and his role is also to generate various business deals and transactions. Mr. Gaidamakin's previous roles include acting as an Advisor to Federation Council on which he represented Bashkiria. Prior to this, Mr. Gaidamakin acted as Chief Specialist of Gosnab (SSSR), a state company which formerly was responsible for all planning and procurement for the Soviet Union's forestry and chemicals industries.
Mr. Gaidamakin was also a director of RMNTK, the centre of analysis of oil & gas exploration and development.
