From its considerable forest resources RusForest harvested approximately 600,000 cubic meters in 2008, aims to harvest around 800,000 cubic meters in 2009 and over 1 million in 2010. The majority of the harvest is, and will be, processed internally at our sawmills and other facilities. By 2010 RusForest's sawmilling capacity is set to increase to around 280,000 m3 annually.
Eastern Siberia is known for its valuable softwoods. The Siberian winters cause long growing-cycles and most species will therefore develop with a very high density. RusForest's forest land also has a high concentration of mature and over mature softwoods, which leads to that we can produce timber products of exceptional quality.
- Sawn timber
RusForest's core product is sawn timber which is produced using the high quality raw material available in our forest land - mainly Angarsk Pine and Siberian Larch. Our sawn timber is delivered under many different qualities, dimensions and specifications for numerous industries and end uses.

- Planed Products
RusForest also delivers further processed goods such as glue laminated products, flooring, mouldings, housing material etc. These products are made using the highest quality Angarsk Pine - sawn, planed, kiln dried and glued in state-of-the-art facilities at our UI ZSI subsidiary.

- Logs
Parts of our annual harvest is also sold unprocessed as saw logs and stems both domestically and for export.
